Biographical Note: George Allen was the husband of Elizabeth Waugh and son-in-law of Lorenzo Waugh and Clarissa. He was a riverboat captain. He and Elizabeth had three children; Walter, Mary Bell, and Lonnie.

Description: Carte de visite of Nancy Jane Whitney, Etta Attenbury, and an unidentified woman (Millie?). All three of the women are wearing dresses characteristics of the late 1860's/early1870's- big skirts with ruffled bottoms and large sleeves. Nancy Jane and Millies' dresses are plaid while Etta's is a solid color.

Biographical Note: It is unclear the relationship between the three women, possibly friends? Nancy Jane (Jennie) Whitney is the daughter of Senator Albion P. Whitney and Susan Eastman.

Her curly updo and fashion are characteristic of the Victorian era.

Description: 20th century cabinet card/wedding portrait of Claudina Bloom and Attileo Dado. Claudina wears a white blouse with lace detailing on the sleeves and chest. Attileo wears a three-piece suit with a white tie and button-up shirt. He has a handlebar moustache and heavily groomed hair. Both of their appearances are characteristic of the Victorian era.

Description: 20th century cabinet card of Mrs. A. B. Dado, maiden name Claudina Bloom. The card is a wedding portrait celebrating her marriage to Attileo Dado. Claudina wears a white blouse with lace detailing on the sleeves and chest, while the skirt appears to have no detail. Her out fit was also donated and is allocated under object ID# 1985-613-01. Her curly updo and fashion are characteristic of the Victorian era.
