Description: Full plate portrait of Charlotte Edwards Denman (Mrs. Frank Denman). Denman's hair is parted in the middle, with short curly bangs, and pulled back into a bun. She is wearing a dress with very large sleeves, lace detailing on the chest, and a high collar. Faster film and camera developments in the 1890s allowed for photographers to take larger scale photos. Denman's sleeves and the format date this photo to the 1890s.
